About Us
Joyful Noise is Carnegie Mellon University's premier Christian a cappella group. Formed in October 1993, Joyful Noise was made for the purpose of glorifying God through music by singing a cappella songs in all styles of music. We are always looking to make a ruckus around Pittsburgh. You can find us sharing the gospel and singing at local nursing homes, local and national a cappella concerts, and with groups from CMU, Pitt, and beyond!
